I cannot rave enough about Nick! We lived across the country in Washington while he was working on our home. He remained in constant contact with us and always sent photos of the progress. Nick made what could be a very stressful and challenging time smooth sailing. Nick was always honest about any delays and changes that needed to occur. We knew that our home was in good hands. Thanks so much to Nick for managing our kitchen remodel. We had our cabinets re-faced, added top ceiling cabinets and an appliance garage, replaced range microwave/“hood” with an outdoor-venting range hood, and replaced countertops/backsplash. Nick was highly involved throughout the process to ensure everything was complete, high-quality and to our satisfaction. He selected excellent subcontractors for the electrical, drywall, countertop, backsplash, and cabinet work. Attached a couple “before” pictures and the rest are after. Excellence and Quality are some of the words that come to mind when talking about Holland Builders Co. My wife and I had some water damage in our house and Nick took care of us. Everything was fixed and looks better than ever. From the flooring that is honestly one of the best I have seen, to the great drywall work that I can’t even find where the damage was. Nick made sure everything was done right and will last. He went above and beyond to make sure no corners were cut. He lined up the workers so everything was done in as quickly as he could. All the work was check over to make sure it was done right. And they gave the same quality of work like they were working on their own houses.
